# Washipad vs Box

The clearest difference is update cadence: Washipad at every 3 days against Box's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Washipad sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per month and Box sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Washipad ships an update every 3 days, Box weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
