# Alala vs Twikki

The clearest difference is update cadence: Twikki at every 5 days against Alala's fortnightly. Alala's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.5 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Alala ships an update fortnightly, Twikki every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
