# Synchronicity Tracker vs Keeps

The clearest difference is update cadence: Keeps at every 3 days against Synchronicity Tracker's monthly. Keeps also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). Synchronicity Tracker's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs paid) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Synchronicity Tracker sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Keeps sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Keeps holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 4 and 3 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Synchronicity Tracker ships an update monthly, Keeps every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
