# MLX vs Super Fast Local Transcribe

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Super Fast Local Transcribe at 18.0 against MLX's 26.2. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MLX sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Super Fast Local Transcribe sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
