# Tomaco vs Farroom

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Tomaco at 16.0 against Farroom's 18.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tomaco sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Farroom sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tomaco ships an update weekly, Farroom every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
