Paper checklists work fine until someone skips a line. Then nobody can say who checked what, or when. CheckFlow moves the checklists your store already runs on into an app, so the walkthrough happens the same way every shift and leaves a record behind. It was built around one rule: a new hire should be able to use it in five minutes. No training session, no manual. EVERYTHING A DAILY WALKTHROUGH NEEDS β€’ Digitize the lists you already have β€” opening, closing, weekly deep clean, monthly equipment checks, saved as reusable templates β€’ Require a photo or a comment on any item, so a check has evidence behind it instead of a signature β€’ Tap OK, NG or N/A and move on β€” one-handed entry, built for someone standing in a walk-in cooler β€’ Watch progress live β€” see which lists are done, which are half finished, and who is on them β€’ Every completed run saves itself with photos, notes and a timestamp, ready for an audit β€’ Export to PDF or CSV in one tap and send it to the owner, the client or the health inspector β€’ Admin and staff roles β€” admins build the lists and manage the team, staff simply run the checks β€’ Invite staff with a QR code or a link. No passwords to create, forget or reset β€’ Reminders fire when a required list is still open, so the manager hears about it before closing β€’ Register your store by email, build a list, invite the crew β€” you are running in five minutes BUILT FOR WORK LIKE THIS β€’ Restaurants and cafes: opening and closing lines, food safety and HACCP temperature logs β€’ Retail and convenience stores: shift routines, planogram and stock checks, restroom rounds β€’ Cleaning and facility management: proof-of-service reports with photos for every property β€’ Hotels: housekeeping, amenity rounds and public area inspections β€’ Senior care and clinics: room rounds, equipment checks and hygiene logs β€’ Factories and warehouses: line startup, forklift and safety inspections β€’ Construction: site safety walks and handover sign-off Anywhere a checklist decides whether the day went right, CheckFlow fits. About

ImpulsCheck

Team checklists, inspections and audits for every location – done together, live. Everyone on shift works on the same checklist, and every item shows who checked it and when. Your data is hosted on a server in Germany, with privacy under the GDPR and no tracking or analytics SDKs. Not OK? Take a photo and the issue is logged automatically. Managers get a push notification when a checklist isn’t done by its due time. Pricing depends on your number of locations, with the whole team included. Ready-made templates for gyms, retail stores, medical practices, restaurants and facilities get you started in minutes. LIVE TEAMWORK Several team members can work on the same checklist at once. Answers appear instantly on every device. Streaks, points and an optional team leaderboard keep routines going – the admin switches the leaderboard on, and every member can hide themselves. INSPECTIONS WITH PHOTO PROOF Every item is answered OK, Not OK or N/A. Photos are taken right in the app and can be mandatory for important items. Anything that is not OK automatically becomes an issue with a note and photo, and it stays on its location’s list until the resolution is documented. REPORTS AND RECORDS See what was done, what was missed and what is still open – by day, checklist and team member. Export any check as a PDF inspection report: result per item, notes, photos, issues, who checked and completed it and when, with a report ID. Admins can also create a monthly log per location as a PDF (completion rate, missed checks, open and resolved issues) and export checks, answers and issues for any period as CSV – a clear record for internal audits. SHIFT PLAN (OPTIONAL) If you like, plan your shifts in ImpulsCheck too – included in your subscription and switched on per team: shift types per location, recurring shifts (every week or every 2–4 weeks), single shifts, open shifts that members can pick up, absences and copying a week. Everyone sees who is on duty today and their own plan, and gets a notification when the plan changes. Checklists can be linked to shifts: whoever is on duty sees them first and gets the reminders. The shift plan does not replace working-time recording. READY-MADE TEMPLATES Choose your industry during setup – gym, store/retail, medical practice, food service, workplace/facility or general – and start with ready-made checklists for opening, closing, hygiene, safety and maintenance, including a HACCP hygiene checklist for kitchens. Every template can be adapted, and you can create your own checklists at any time. AT A GLANCE β€’ Recurring checklists: daily, on set weekdays, every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly, yearly or on a custom rhythm β€’ Due at opening, during the day, at closing, on a set date or by the end of the month or quarter β€’ Reminders for due checks; overdue checks can be caught up, with a push to admins and the people responsible β€’ Assign checklists to the people responsible – admins can stand in β€’ Several locations and teams in one account; members can be restricted to specific locations β€’ Invite by code, QR code or a printable QR poster (PDF) – or create accounts directly, no confirmation e-mail β€’ Sign in on a new device with a QR code β€’ Works offline, syncs later β€’ iPhone and iPad, 12 languages – everyone picks their own app language NO LICENSE PER TEAM MEMBER Your subscription depends on the number of your locations – every member of your team is included, and so is the shift plan. Try it free for 14 days. Photos are uploaded downscaled and kept for 90 days – save the PDF report if you need them for longer.
