# Foccus vs Strict App Blocker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Strict App Blocker at every 3 days against Foccus's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Foccus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Strict App Blocker sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Foccus ships an update weekly, Strict App Blocker every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
