The clearest difference is update cadence: Quit Vaping Tracker at every 3 days against Puffly's every 5 weeks. Puffly's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Puffly sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per year and Quit Vaping Tracker sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
