# Pixel Break vs Dummy Drop!

The clearest difference is ads: Dummy Drop! at none against Pixel Break's shown. Dummy Drop! also leads on review sentiment (41% vs 25%) and chart position (#85 vs unranked). Pixel Break's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (1K vs 199). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pixel Break sells 17 one-off in-app purchases and Dummy Drop! sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pixel Break holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pixel Break has 1K ratings behind it against 199, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Pixel Break's written reviews are positive against 41% of Dummy Drop!'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Pixel Break ships an update every 6 days, Dummy Drop! weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
