# Bref Player vs ScreenSpot(暮色)

The clearest difference is update cadence: Bref Player at every 2 days against ScreenSpot(暮色)'s weekly. Bref Player also leads on ratings volume (8 vs 1) and device support (5 vs 3). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Bref Player sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and ScreenSpot(暮色) sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
