# Reform vs WorkIt

The clearest difference is ads: WorkIt at none against Reform's shown. Reform's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Reform sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and WorkIt sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Reform ships an update every 3 days, WorkIt every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
