# IntervalFlow vs Rounds

The clearest difference is update cadence: Rounds at every 5 days against IntervalFlow's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IntervalFlow sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Rounds sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

IntervalFlow ships an update every 3 weeks, Rounds every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
