# Selah vs Examine the Scriptures

The clearest difference is update cadence: Selah at weekly against Examine the Scriptures's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Selah sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Examine the Scriptures sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
