# Widgnest vs Elements

The clearest difference is ads: Widgnest at none against Elements's shown. Widgnest also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). Elements's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widgnest sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Elements sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Widgnest ships an update every 3 weeks, Elements every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
