About

Applied

Features

Your job search does not fit in your head, and a spreadsheet on your laptop is never open when you need it. Applied keeps the whole thing on your phone. LOG AN APPLICATION IN 15 SECONDS Share a posting from Safari, LinkedIn, Indeed or a company careers page. The form opens already filled: company, role, source, job link. You add what is missing and save. YOUR PIPELINE, NOT A LIST OF TASKS Six stages from Saved to Offer, as a list or a board you can drag cards across. Every stage change is stored with its date, so "how long has this been sitting?" has an answer. ONE REMINDER, NOT FIFTY A single daily reminder for the follow-ups that are due. Not one notification per application. Choose the interval once; a reply from the employer cancels it. BRING YOUR SPREADSHEET Import CSV or TSV from Excel, Google Sheets or Notion. Applied guesses your columns and shows you the guess before writing anything. It handles odd encodings, semicolon separators and Excel's numeric dates. Nothing is imported until you confirm, and you can undo an import for 24 hours. WHAT YOU GET FOR FREE Unlimited applications, the board, share-to-add, follow-up reminders, contacts, notes, the timeline, CSV import and CSV export. The free version shows one banner on the list screen. APPLIED PRO — ONE-TIME PURCHASE, NOT A SUBSCRIPTION Stats (response rate, interview rate, median days to first reply, sources), attachments, full JSON backup, and no ads. Buy once, keep it. PRIVACY No account, no sign-in, no cloud sync. Your applications, notes and attachments stay on your device because there is no server behind this app. Ads are the one exception: they are served by Google AdMob, and you can decline personalised ads when the system asks. Export your data as CSV or JSON at any time. English and Turkish.

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is ads: Climb at none against Applied's shown. Applied's advantage is update cadence (every 2 days vs every 2 weeks) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
