# e vs Noteback

The clearest difference is update cadence: Noteback at every 4 days against e's every 10 days. e's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. e sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Noteback sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

e ships an update every 10 days, Noteback every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 13, 2026 respectively.
