# e vs Sit Still

The clearest difference is rating: e at 5.0 against Sit Still's 4.5. e also leads on ratings volume (21 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Sit Still's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs every 10 days). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. e sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Sit Still sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

e holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: e has 21 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

e ships an update every 10 days, Sit Still every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
