# Impossible Museum Scratch vs Stitchwork

The clearest difference is rating: Impossible Museum Scratch at 5.0 against Stitchwork's 4.6. Impossible Museum Scratch also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). Stitchwork's advantage is ratings volume (14 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Impossible Museum Scratch sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Stitchwork sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Impossible Museum Scratch holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Stitchwork has 14 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
