# Tratto vs Countdown

The clearest difference is update cadence: Tratto at every 4 days against Countdown's every 2 weeks. Tratto also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tratto sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and Countdown sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Tratto ships an update every 4 days, Countdown every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
