# Maya vs LangoVid

The clearest difference is rating: Maya at 5.0 against LangoVid's 4.6. Maya also leads on monetization model (free vs freemium) and review sentiment (100% vs 86%). LangoVid's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 2) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Maya sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $10.99 per month and LangoVid sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Maya holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LangoVid has 12 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 100% of Maya's written reviews are positive against 86% of LangoVid's.
