# Markdown.md vs git.md

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: git.md at 17.0 against Markdown.md's 26.2. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Markdown.md sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and git.md sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
