# GhostLab vs GhostSeek

The clearest difference is update cadence: GhostLab at every 2 days against GhostSeek's every 10 days. GhostSeek's advantage is ratings volume (240 vs 15) and chart position (#147 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GhostLab sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and GhostSeek sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for GhostLab against 4.6 for GhostSeek. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GhostSeek has 240 ratings behind it against 15, so its average is the more settled of the two.

GhostLab ships an update every 2 days, GhostSeek every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
