# BriefFeed vs LockSticky

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BriefFeed at none against LockSticky's 1. BriefFeed also leads on update cadence (daily vs fortnightly). LockSticky's advantage is ratings volume (10 vs 1). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LockSticky sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. BriefFeed asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for BriefFeed against 5.0 for LockSticky. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LockSticky has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

BriefFeed ships an update daily, LockSticky fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
