# flomoplus vs Nostos

The clearest difference is update cadence: flomoplus at every 2 days against Nostos's fortnightly. Nostos's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. flomoplus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Nostos sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

flomoplus ships an update every 2 days, Nostos fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
