# Helpings vs Week

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Helpings at none against Week's 2. Helpings also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Week's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs fortnightly). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Week sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Helpings asks for nothing beyond the download.

Helpings ships an update fortnightly, Week every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
