# VALENS vs Plus One

The clearest difference is update cadence: Plus One at every 5 days against VALENS's every 11 days. VALENS's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. VALENS sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Plus One sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

VALENS ships an update every 11 days, Plus One every 5 days. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
