# iCodex vs Post Saver

The clearest difference is update cadence: Post Saver at every 3 days against iCodex's every 3 weeks. iCodex's advantage is iOS requirement (17.6 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iCodex sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Post Saver sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iCodex ships an update every 3 weeks, Post Saver every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
