Aglow vs Berevia

Aglow is a Bible journal built around one small daily habit: read a verse, sit with it, and write down what it stirred in you. And if you want it to, Aglow will keep the apps you choose closed until you have. A VERSE FOR WHERE YOU ARE TODAY Open Aglow to a single verse rather than a chapter to get through. Read it in context whenever you want the fuller passage around it. THE WHOLE BIBLE, BOOK BY BOOK Every book and chapter is here. Aglow keeps your place, so you can pick up where you left off, and your progress through each book fills in as you read. NOTHING ELSE UNTIL YOU'VE READ Turn on Scripture Gate and the apps you choose stay closed until you have read today's verse and written your reflection. The habit stops depending on willpower. DON'T JUST READ IT. REFLECT ON IT. Every verse comes with one honest question. Answer it in your own words — and the answer is kept, so the reading turns into something you can look back on. ANSWER IN YOUR OWN WORDS Your reflections are gathered by date in one journal. Weeks later you can read back through them and see how your thinking has moved. DISCOVER VERSES THAT SPEAK TO YOU Browse Scripture by theme and keep the verses that land. What you save stays with you. WIDGETS THAT KEEP THE WORD CLOSE Put today's verse on your Home Screen and your Lock Screen, with your streak and your reading progress beside it. See it all without opening the app. KEEP TRACK OF YOUR READING Your progress is visible from the first screen: what you have read, what you have written, and how far you have come. STAY ENCOURAGED AS YOU GROW Day streaks and quiet milestones mark the habit as it builds. Reflect a hundred days in a row and the app notices. IN YOUR LANGUAGE Aglow speaks English, Croatian, Arabic, Portuguese, French, German and Spanish. Bring your Bible and your journal together. Start with today's verse.
