# Notez vs Habit Tracker

The clearest difference is update cadence: Habit Tracker at every 3 days against Notez's every 2 months. Habit Tracker also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Notez sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Habit Tracker sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Notez ships an update every 2 months, Habit Tracker every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
