# Sol vs Trovy

The clearest difference is ads: Sol at none against Trovy's shown. Trovy's advantage is update cadence (every 3 days vs monthly) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sol sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Trovy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Sol ships an update monthly, Trovy every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
