# BLOCKS vs Magnet Sort

The clearest difference is device support: BLOCKS at 3 against Magnet Sort's 1. BLOCKS also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BLOCKS sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Magnet Sort sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BLOCKS ships an update every 3 days, Magnet Sort every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
