# PDExact vs TrueDim

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TrueDim at none against PDExact's 1. PDExact's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PDExact sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TrueDim asks for nothing beyond the download.

PDExact ships an update every 6 days, TrueDim every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 5, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
