# FitPulse vs VOWS Training

The clearest difference is update cadence: VOWS Training at every 3 days against FitPulse's every 6 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FitPulse sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and VOWS Training sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FitPulse ships an update every 6 days, VOWS Training every 3 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
