# SplitLight vs Lantern Deep

The clearest difference is ads: SplitLight at none against Lantern Deep's shown. Lantern Deep's advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SplitLight sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lantern Deep sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. Both last shipped on October 3, 2026.
