# Raylie vs Honjitsu Tokyo

The clearest difference is monetization model: Honjitsu Tokyo at free against Raylie's free with in-app purchases. Honjitsu Tokyo also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 83%) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 27.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Raylie sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and Honjitsu Tokyo sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
