# NovaPocket vs FN SKINS

The clearest difference is rating: NovaPocket at 4.5 against FN SKINS's 1.0. NovaPocket also leads on ratings volume (155 vs 1). FN SKINS's advantage is update cadence (daily vs weekly). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NovaPocket sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and FN SKINS sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NovaPocket holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NovaPocket has 155 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

NovaPocket ships an update weekly, FN SKINS daily. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
