# SpiritTrace vs GhostSeek

The clearest difference is ratings volume: GhostSeek at 433 against SpiritTrace's 3. GhostSeek also leads on chart position (#143 vs unranked) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). SpiritTrace's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SpiritTrace sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and GhostSeek sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SpiritTrace holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GhostSeek has 433 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SpiritTrace ships an update weekly, GhostSeek every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
