A personal injection and weight journal for people using GLP-1 medications and other prescribed injections. Keep a simple diary of Mounjaro, Wegovy and Saxenda injections, doses and weight changes. Majeunjaro helps you track your own records without creating an account. You can also enter other medication names manually. INJECTION RECORDS WITHOUT THE BUSYWORK Record the date, medication, dose, site and notes, and set a reminder for your next injection. Reuse the last cost entered for the same medication and dose. Add your own frequently used symptom notes. When getting started, enter past injections at your recorded interval. WEIGHT, EXERCISE AND PERIOD RECORDS Add weight and exercise separately from injections. Browse your records in a list or calendar, with pink indicators for period records. Keep progress photos by date and compare two photos side by side. MAJEUNJARO PRO β€” FULL ANALYSIS AND NO ADS Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. Restore purchases is supported. Before buying, explore a clearly labeled example preview. β€’ View weight, body-fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass and injection records together. β€’ Choose 1, 3 or 6 months, 1 year or all records, and select your weight source. β€’ Read a concise analysis report and view BMI when you optionally enter your height. β€’ Review costs based on the injection prices and weight change you recorded. β€’ Compare your weight-loss percentage at the same week with SURMOUNT-1 reference averages for 5, 10 and 15 mg. β€’ Create your own hypothetical tapering scenario by setting dose, duration, intervals and prices. Compare schedules, estimated drug residual amounts and cumulative costs. Body-composition measurements can be entered manually. Read body-composition report photos on your device, then review dates and values before saving. Import multiple photos and check for duplicate dates. Clinical averages describe study groups, not your expected weight loss or personal treatment response. Sources and limitations are available in the app. SETTINGS THAT FIT YOU Choose Korean, English, Japanese or Traditional Chinese, plus weight, height and currency units. Analysis periods, weight sources, clinical reference selections and scenario settings are remembered. Height is optional. YOUR RECORDS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE Health records and photos are stored on your device, not sent to an app-operated health-record server. Use device-authentication app lock, clinic-visit reminders, progress cards, and JSON backup and restore. Photos, app-lock settings and analytics consent are excluded from JSON backups. Keep exported files safe. Operating-system backups and sharing you initiate are separate. Technical information used for ads and optional usage analytics is handled under the relevant SDK privacy policies. Usage analytics is off by default. MEDICAL INFORMATION This independent personal-record app is not affiliated with medication manufacturers. It does not diagnose, prescribe, provide treatment or recommend a personal dose-reduction or stopping plan. Residual amounts are simplified half-life estimates, not measured blood concentrations. Tapering scenarios calculate user-entered assumptions; they are not treatment plans proven safe or effective. Discuss dose changes, injection intervals and stopping medication with your clinician. Medication names identify the records you enter. Contact: lalajoo71@gmail.com Privacy policy: https://lalajoo.github.io/majeunjaro/ Ad install measurement through AppsFlyer and Kakao requires separate consent and can be turned off in Settings. iPhone also requires tracking permission. Advertising identifiers, install and launch information, IP addresses and device information may be processed. Weight, medication names, doses, injection and period records, and photos are not sent for ad measurement.

Keep your injection schedule and records in one place, including GLP-1 medicines such as Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy or Ozempic (semaglutide), plus weight and meals. Keep records locally without signing in. Free includes: repeat intervals or up to 60 dates in a year; confirmed injections, sites and symptoms; supplies; weight and body charts (weight: last month); meals and favorites; adding past injections at once; CSV/TSV import; CSV/PDF visit reports; widgets; app lock; encrypted file backup and restore. Review imported rows and drafts before saving. Optional calendar sync sends only titles and times, never medicine, dose, site or notes. New for everyone: in Together you can share posts with others after signing in, with filtering, reporting and blocking. Treatment stages keep breaks and restarts in one record, and spending on medication, visits and supplies is shown month by month. Also new: Today’s note, with optional reminders in the tone and at the time you choose. Optional Apple Health import is read-only and never writes to Apple Health. File backups use AES-256-GCM and a recovery code. Food labels are read on the device, and Apple Intelligence drafts are created on the device where supported. Manual entry is always available. Optional monthly or annual Plus removes ads and adds weekly reports and milestones, side-effect patterns and weight goal and trend estimates (last 3 months). Plus also includes end-to-end encrypted sync across devices. You can also choose app themes and Today layouts. Optional monthly or annual Pro includes everything in Plus, a visit report PDF with charts, comparisons and a rolling 12-month view, supply forecasts and refill reminders, custom widget colors and layouts, meal templates, full weight history and the AI record assistant: up to 150 requests a month for a weekly summary, general meal ideas and help using the app. It needs sign-in and separate consent, asks before each send and never gives medical advice; answers may be wrong. What you confirm is sent to Gemini on Google Cloud Vertex AI (Global): the processing country can change with each request, and this content is outside end-to-end encryption. Sign in with Apple or Google is optional. Sync requires separate health-data consent and device encryption; the server cannot read health records or the recovery code. On a new device, enter the code and review the merge. You can withdraw sync consent at any time. Account deletion does not cancel store billing. Free shows non-personalized ads, never while recording; DoseWeek doesn't use your device's advertising identifier. Once per calendar month (UTC), an optional rewarded ad can unlock 7 days of Plus after server verification, with no automatic billing. App quality and stability analytics (Google Firebase) is a required part of the service, agreed to before first use. It never receives health values, record content or an advertising ID, and ads are not personalized. It stops only when you delete your data or account. Estimated amount remaining in the body (mg) is for reference only, not medical advice. Goal dates and side-effect patterns use recorded data and appear only with enough records; no dose or timing advice, cause conclusions or safety predictions. DoseWeek is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medication, dose, timing or missed-dose decisions.
