Turn the things you want to do into small actions you can return to each day. Organize tasks, build habits, and make time to focus—all in one place. PLAN YOUR TASKS • Organize tasks into family, friends, and work categories, or customize their names. • Set priorities, due dates, and reminders to keep your next steps clear. • Start with built-in templates. Completed tasks stay collapsed until you choose to view them. • Import or export tasks as CSV files. BUILD HABITS AT YOUR OWN PACE • Describe the person you want to become, then set a full goal and a minimum version. • Record your progress and view streaks, practice rates, and a calendar of your activity. • On busy days, plan a smaller action around the time you have and record what you actually do. • Enable goal adjustment to see suggestions when eligible; you decide whether to try or adopt a change. TRY A SMALL EXPERIMENT In Habit Lab, write down a hypothesis and try changing one thing. After an observation period, review your progress and notes to discover what works for you. MAKE SPACE FOR ROUTINE AND FOCUS Combine habits into morning, evening, or custom routines. Use the Pomodoro timer for focused work and breaks, with an optional background photo and adjustable overlay. LANGUAGE AND DATA Use the app in Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, or Thai. Follow your device language or choose one manually. Tasks, habit records, and preferences are stored on your device. Task CSV files are not a complete backup of habits and settings. The app contains ads. Settings provide advertising privacy information, applicable consent choices, and a way to report inappropriate ads. Advertising services may process data needed to serve ads; see the privacy

Know when you last cleaned it, and when it’s due again. Free to start. Cycle Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase, no subscription. Cycle is a cleaning and chores tracker built around two dates: last done and next due. The bathroom drain, the washing machine drum, the range hood filter, the cat litter, the bed sheets, the smoke alarm battery. Give each one a rhythm and Cycle shows how long ago you did it and when it’s due again. Every task is a ring that slowly drains from green to yellow to orange, and turns red when it’s overdue. One glance tells you what’s fine, what’s coming, and what needs doing today. One tap marks it done, right from your Home Screen widget, without opening the app. START IN A MINUTE • Pick a pack: Cleaning, Household chores, Home maintenance, Pets, Plants, Food & expiry or Personal • Tell Cycle roughly when you last did each thing, or say you’re not sure and it’s due now • Or add your own: name, icon, place, how often EVERY KIND OF SCHEDULE • Count from the day you finish: every 2 weeks, every 3 months • Or keep fixed days: every Monday, the 1st of the month, the first Saturday, once a year KNOW WHEN YOU LAST DID IT • Every task keeps its history, with optional notes • A calendar shows what you completed, day by day • Backdate a task when you did it yesterday, and undo an accidental tap ROOM BY ROOM • Give tasks a place: kitchen, bathroom, toilet, living room, bedroom, entryway, balcony, car, or your own • Sort by what’s due soonest or group by place. Overdue tasks always stay on top WHEN LIFE HAPPENS • Skip this time, snooze for 1, 3 or 7 days, or pause a task while you’re away. Nothing is lost WIDGET-FIRST • Interactive Home Screen widgets show your most urgent tasks. Tap a ring to mark it done • Choose exactly which tasks each widget shows • Lock Screen widgets keep what’s due one glance away (Cycle Pro) • The Small widget is free; Medium and Large widgets, plus Extra Large on iPad, come with Cycle Pro REASSURING, NOT NAGGING • Calm green for most of a cycle; warm colors only when it matters • One local notification when something comes due, with a Mark Done button right on it • Optional app badge showing the overdue count • Siri and Shortcuts: say “Mark cat litter done in Cycle” PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no tracking • Your tasks stay on your device and are never sent to us • Cycle uses RevenueCat only to count purchases (an anonymous ID and your App Store purchases), and never to track you FREE TO START • Free: up to 4 tasks and one Small Home Screen widget • Cycle Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase: unlimited tasks, Medium and Large widgets (plus Extra Large on iPad), and Lock Screen widgets • Cycle Pro also unlocks Cycle Wrapped, your year in Cycle: a year-end recap you can share • Cycle Pro also lets you message the developer straight from Settings • No subscription, no recurring charges

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: AtomicHabits at none against Cycle Timers's 1. Cycle Timers's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
