# mimosa vs PDF

The clearest difference is update cadence: mimosa at every 5 days against PDF's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. mimosa sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and PDF sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

mimosa ships an update every 5 days, PDF every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
