# Romantic Leases vs Amber

The clearest difference is update cadence: Romantic Leases at every 5 days against Amber's fortnightly. Romantic Leases also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Romantic Leases sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Amber sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Romantic Leases ships an update every 5 days, Amber fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
