# SkillMates vs Snowve

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Snowve at 15.0 against SkillMates's 17.6. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SkillMates sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Snowve sells 9 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 29, 2026 respectively.
