# LiveTone vs Immersive Border

The clearest difference is update cadence: Immersive Border at every 2 days against LiveTone's every 4 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LiveTone sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Immersive Border sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LiveTone ships an update every 4 days, Immersive Border every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 1, 2026 respectively.
