# LiveTone vs PickerRoy

The clearest difference is update cadence: PickerRoy at every 2 days against LiveTone's every 4 days. PickerRoy also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LiveTone sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PickerRoy sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LiveTone ships an update every 4 days, PickerRoy every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 29, 2026 respectively.
