# ShelfLog vs Reading Log XL

The clearest difference is ads: Reading Log XL at none against ShelfLog's shown. ShelfLog's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ShelfLog sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Reading Log XL sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
