# Approach vs LYFE Approach

The clearest difference is update cadence: LYFE Approach at every 2 days against Approach's every 9 days. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Approach sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and LYFE Approach sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Approach ships an update every 9 days, LYFE Approach every 2 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
