# New Star Cafe vs Flowist

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: New Star Cafe at 13.0 against Flowist's 15.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. New Star Cafe sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and Flowist sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
