# Work Log vs Sova

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sova at every 2 days against Work Log's fortnightly. Sova also leads on device support (3 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Work Log sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Sova sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Work Log ships an update fortnightly, Sova every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
