# ThisDay vs SessionStack

Both are free to download. ThisDay sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. SessionStack asks for nothing beyond the download.

ThisDay ships an update every 9 days, SessionStack every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
