# Datto vs Inkday

The clearest difference is update cadence: Datto at every 3 days against Inkday's weekly. Inkday's advantage is device support (4 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Datto sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Inkday sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Datto ships an update every 3 days, Inkday weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 1, 2026 respectively.
